License Agreement

Soo-Im (the web site owner) grants you ("Licensee") a non-exclusive, royalty free, license to use the software found on this web site in binary code form, provided that

this copyright notice and license appear on all copies of the software;
Licensee does not utilize the software in a manner which is disparaging to Soo-Im; and
the software is not redistributed commercially.
